XJRunner runtime for boundary scan

XJRunner is the run-time environment for testing JTAG-Boundary Scan developed with " XJTAG Developer has simple and intuitive user interface. In a single package " XJTAG Developer provides all the environment needed to perform the test interconnect components, in-system programming, testing devices, JTAG and non-management of the serial number, and log is configurable. The price includes the card hardware PXI XJLink2 for the connection from the PC to the test system.
